- Goods are delivered and become the property of the buyer from the moment they identified on departure from our factories or warehouses, even if the pieces are etablished free of carriage.
- Goods always travel at the risk and peéril of the buyer, who is be responsible for making any claims against the carrier, even if the goods are delivered free of carriage.
- If our prices should increase, as a result of any measures or authorisations of any kind, during the period between our receipt of the order from the client and the actuel moment of delivery, we will be entitled to apply this increase to the buyer’s account.
- Unless otherwise specified, all our invoices are payable in full within 14 days of their date, either by arrangement with the buyer’s bank or by banker's order.
- Pursuant to the law of 2 August 2002 (European directive 2000/35/EC), a surcharge will be applied, without formal notice, to any payment made more than 30 days after the invoice date, based on the prime rate of the Central European Bank plus 7%.
- Any complaint must be made in writing within eight days of delivery of the goods. No complaint will be followed-up unless we are able to examine the goods in the condition in which they were delivered. No warrantly will be garanted in the event of an apparent fault if the goods have already been worked on or processed. If the complaint is judged to be justified, our obligation will be limited soleley to replacing our faulty goods.
- The above clauses will govern our sales notwithstanding any contrary stipulations imposed by the buyer. The Court of Tournai will have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
